Walnut Creek Park is an Austin favorite. Whether you're hiking or mountain biking, it's always fun. Join Charlie and Regina for a few miles of trail hiking OR a beginner to intermediate level mountain biking ride. Charlie will lead the bikers and Regina will lead the hikers.
If you have a pooch, they are welcome too. Walnut Creek Metro Park features a large off-leash area.
Pepper, the pooch. Careful, she will eat your snacks!
Charlie & I will bring our grill for anyone wanting hot dogs & sausages afterward. B.Y.O.Sausages!
Bring some picnic table snacks to chill & hang afterward, ie: chips & dips, fruit, cooler w/ drinks (beers are OK - bring a koozie, hot dogs or sausages for the grill.
Meet at the trail kiosk just off of the main parking lot near the playground at 9 am sharp. Be there or be square! |
